If you submit the technical-review form we collect your name, company, work email, phone number, plant location, an approximate asset count, and whatever you write about the machine you are worried about. We also store that you consented to be contacted about that enquiry.

The form is sent by our server over email to [email protected]. We use the details to answer you. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Why we can contact you

Canadian anti-spam law requires consent before a commercial electronic message. The form will not send unless you tick the consent box. You can withdraw that consent by writing to [email protected].

How long we keep it

We keep the enquiry for as long as we are in a conversation about a pilot or a deployment, and then for the period our record-keeping requires. Ask [email protected] if you want a copy or want it deleted.
