The product line
One platform. Thirty-four SKUs.
Four shipping today. We say which is which.
Condition monitoring is where we started, not where the hardware stops. Every SKU below is marked with what it actually is right now — shipping, in build, or planned — because you should be able to tell the difference before you plan a rollout around it.
One electronics platform underneath all of it. A universal mainboard with a swappable
radio module (sub-GHz or Wi-Fi), a swappable power stage (battery or AC), and an interchangeable sensor front-end.

Predictive line and both receivers
Q3 2026 · 4 SKUsVibration + Temperature Sensor
The flagship predictive puck. Wide-band triaxial MEMS accelerometer plus temperature. Burst capture every 15 / 30 / 60 / 120 min. Set the cadence to match how fast that machine can surprise you.
BatterySub-GHzSKU 1
Temperature Sensor
Battery node for trending surface and ambient heat on motors, bearings and enclosures. The same rugged puck, drop-in wherever only thermal trending is needed.
BatterySub-GHzSKU 3
Receiver Gateway — Enterprise
Rugged receiver for large sites. It collects sensor traffic and publishes it outbound over MQTT with TLS. The local dashboard stays up when the wide-area link drops. Diagnosis stays in the cloud.
ACLocal dashboardLocal UIGateway 1
Receiver Gateway — Lite
Smaller receiver in the same family, for pilots and smaller sites. Same sub-GHz link and the same outbound path, with less compute. It scales up to Enterprise.
ACCompactGateway 2
In build
Wi-Fi variants, AC temperature, hour meter, tilt
Q4 2026 · 8 SKUsVibration + Temperature Sensor
The flagship predictive puck on Wi-Fi, for sites already covered by wireless infrastructure.
BatteryWi-FiSKU 2
Temperature Sensor
Battery thermal node on Wi-Fi.
BatteryWi-FiSKU 4
Temperature Sensor — AC
Mains-powered thermal node for continuous, always-on monitoring where power is available. Accepts external contact and immersion probes (digital and RTD).
ACSub-GHzWi-FiSKU 5–6
Hour Meter
Runtime accumulator tracking true machine run-hours from vibration or CT-clamp current sensing, driving service intervals and warranty tracking.
BatteryACSub-GHzWi-FiSKU 7–8
Tilt / Inclination
6-axis IMU angle sensor for equipment orientation, gate and hatch position, and slow structural-tilt trending. Battery puck for placement anywhere without wiring.
BatterySub-GHzWi-FiSKU 11–12

Sequencing, and what the dates mean. The roadmap reuses the battery puck to finish the
predictive line first, then rolls the shared AC enclosure out across the monitoring, control
and productivity SKUs. Dates are planned availability and can move with tooling and
validation — if a rollout depends on a specific SKU, ask us where it actually stands before
you commit to it.
