Temperature Sensor — Wi-Fi

A battery thermal node on Wi-Fi. It trends surface and ambient heat. It does not do vibration analysis. Scheduled for Q4 2026. Not available to order yet.

TrackBeat Wi-Fi temperature sensor, the same sealed puck used for the temperature sensor available today.

Heat, on Wi-Fi

The question is temperature. The radio is the plant’s Wi-Fi, for a site that already has it.

Still a battery puck

Same sealed housing as the temperature sensor available today. Battery stays in the puck. Wi-Fi does not replace it.

Not the vibration sensor

No spectrum and no bearing frequencies on this part. If the machine needs a diagnosis, that is TB-S01 or the Wi-Fi vibration puck.

Where it belongs

Heat, on the plant’s Wi-Fi.

  1. Motors and bearings Surface temperature, when heat is the early sign and vibration is covered somewhere else.
  2. Enclosures Ambient and skin temperature on cabinets that are not rotating equipment.
  3. Same install as the puck Magnetic or stud, external, IP65 / IP67.
  4. Wi-Fi coverage required This part expects the site’s wireless network. The temperature sensor available today, TB-S03, uses sub-GHz instead.
