Vibration + Temperature Sensor — Wi-Fi

The same puck as the vibration sensor available today, for a plant that already has Wi-Fi. Battery still powers it. The radio is Wi-Fi instead of sub-GHz. Scheduled for Q4 2026. Not available to order yet.

TrackBeat Wi-Fi vibration and temperature sensor, the same sealed puck as TB-S01.

Same sensing job

It is the predictive puck: triaxial vibration, temperature, and shaft speed, with the feature work done on the sensor. The TB-S01 page is the measured write-up of that puck.

Wi-Fi, not sub-GHz

TB-S01 talks to a receiver over licence-free sub-GHz. TB-S02 joins the wireless network the site already runs.

The battery stays

Wi-Fi is only the radio. The puck is still battery powered, and it still mounts on the outside of a running machine.

The same console

Wi-Fi changes the radio. The asset page does not. Choose a view on the left. The rest of the screens are on the TB-S01 vibration sensor.

TrackBeat asset overview: a compressor marked healthy, health 84, velocity 1.15 mm/s on axis X in ISO 20816-3 zone A, with the vibration severity bar and a 24-hour worst-axis velocity chart.

Where this version fits

Same puck. The radio is Wi-Fi.

  1. A site with Wi-Fi Use it where wireless infrastructure already covers the floor, and a sub-GHz hop is not the path you want.
  2. Same mount Magnetic or stud, on the bearing housing. The machine stays running.
  3. Same sealed body IP65 / IP67. Washdown and coolant are in scope, as on the puck available today.
  4. Not the one you order today Scheduled for Q4 2026. Not available to order yet. The battery, sub-GHz sensor is TB-S01, and it is available today.

Figures not on this list are not claimed. Cadence, buffer, and the fault outputs are on the TB-S01 page and the specifications page.
