Hour Meter

A runtime accumulator. It tracks how long a machine has actually been running, from vibration or from a CT-clamp current sense, so service intervals and warranty hours follow the machine instead of the calendar. Scheduled for Q4 2026. Not available to order yet.

TrackBeat hour meter, a small node with a current clamp on a lead.

Hours the machine ran

Run-hours, not wall-clock time. A motor that sits idle does not age the service counter.

Two ways to see “running”

Vibration from the machine, or a CT clamp on the current. Either one is enough to decide that the asset is turning.

Service and warranty

The count is there for maintenance intervals and for the hours a warranty actually consumed.

How a site uses it

The count follows the machine.

  1. Pick the sense Vibration where the housing is the easy mount. A CT clamp where current is the cleaner sign that the motor is loaded.
  2. Pick the power The pair covers battery and AC. Use battery where there is no drop, AC where power is already at the asset.
  3. Pick the radio Sub-GHz back to a receiver, or Wi-Fi where the plant network already reaches.
  4. Read the hours The platform holds the accumulated run time for the interval and the warranty question.
