Tilt / Inclination

A 6-axis IMU in the battery puck. It reports equipment orientation, gate and hatch position, and slow structural tilt. It can sit where there is no wiring. Scheduled for Q4 2026. Not available to order yet.

TrackBeat tilt sensor, the battery puck shown on an incline.

Angle, not a spectrum

This puck answers orientation. It is not the vibration sensor, and it does not name a bearing fault.

Gates, hatches, structures

Open and closed on a gate or hatch. A slow change in tilt on a structure. The position of a piece of equipment.

No cable to the sensor

Battery puck, so the install does not need a power run. Radio is sub-GHz or Wi-Fi.

What it watches

Angle, from a battery puck.

  1. Orientation Which way a movable piece of equipment is sitting.
  2. A gate or a hatch Position, so an open guard or an open cover is a reported state.
  3. Slow tilt Structural tilt that develops over time, not a vibration signature.
  4. Battery first This pair is the battery puck. A mains-powered tilt sensor is TB-S13/14, planned for 2027.
